Hi! I work at Cedars Sinai in a lab that studies spinal cord injury. We've been using the UpDown Reader Version 2.0 (Mouse Plantar) on a Mac for a while now and I just started experiencing issues with the outputs about two weeks ago. The output is always one column over from what I write down on the template. I'll attach the PDF Scan and then the output from the reader so that you can get a better idea of what I'm talking about. I've tried redownloading the software, but that didn't seem to work....
