Hi Joe, Thank you for continuing to refine and support this excellent program! I just downloaded and installed the latest version of the ep toolkit, and after running the temporal PCA, and while trying to identify the number of factors to retain for the spatial PCA, the program is running into a problem trying to generate the scree plot for the data relative to noise data.
