Could not reproduce error. Spam processing (hiding, deleting. moving to Junk folder) realized in version 4.4.0. Spam filter is based on detecting specified sub strings in message's sender string and topic string. Sub strings are added from common spam filter table in settings and from message view window. Spam filter is activated in settings for each account individually.

Q: Why OK button in Settings window is grayed/disabled? A: OK button is disabled when no changes were made or there are errors in data entered like numeric value outside valid range. Q: How can I delete messages without confirmation (without having deletion confirmation window)? A: Hold Ctrl key while pressing Delete button in messages list and in message preview window.

Dear Pierre, Thank you for your request and error report. You can hold Ctrl to delete messages without having deletion confirmation window. With the rest of the problems, I hope, I will be able to deal with them later as I have now problems with possible mobilization for war in Ukraine. I had some plans including spam filtering by rules, but that plans were violated. Best regards, Andrey Petran

Hello, The OK Button is grayed when there are no changes made (nothing to save) or there are some errors in other data are made and data with errors can't be saved (red rectangles around editors with errors). If you opened settings and did not change language yet, button OK will be grayed, when you change language, it will appear available for saving.

Thank you for reporting. Fixed in version 4.2.3.856. Now setup will kill running instance before installing new files. Though it should not happen if automatic update is run from Mail Notifier itself. Then Mail Notifier ends its work at the moment of running downloaded update.

Good morning, I added notes to readme.txt files, that should solve the problem. Here is what is in readme.txt now: Application uses Segoe Fluent Icons font for font-generated icons which is not present in Windows 10 by default. You can download the font here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/apps/design/downloads/#fonts or directly here: https://aka.ms/SegoeFluentIcons You have to install font file "Segoe Fluent Icons.ttf" after downloading by double clicking it in Windows Explorer.

Fixed translations in the new version 4.2.1 and put new files for all translations (all languages) in Translations folder in version folder (4.2.1 folder). Thank you!

Hello! Thank you for telling this. I have replaced this string and it will appear in the next version soon. I also attach main English-Spanish strings file. You, or anyone can see and tell what else is wrong there.
