Regina REXX Interpreter
I've been using REXX in one form or another since the early '80s. And kind of taken it for granted, but must confess I'm stumped here and it needs wiser minds than mine. I have a real-time monitoring system that outputs text periodically, and never terminates unless manually stopped. It can be minutes between any output, or a flood.
