Anastasia Whitehead

Hi, I'm completely new to the world of coding/game of life/CA etc, but I'm using this within my project at university, so forgive me if I'm asking a dumb quesiton. I was wondering if there is a way of exporting a pattern to an image file/format etc png/jpeg etc. I've been able to save the patterns as .mc and .rle but I cannot work out how to convert these. Is this possible at all? Thank you A
