Hi. I used awstats for months as base for the statistics of my website hosted at HelioHost. With their transition from cPanel to Plesk, I subscribed for a VPS, Ubuntu with Hestia CP. Whereas on HelioHost, awstats always worked fine, I actually have two issues: 1. I don't succeed in producing a "full list" for file downloads (for pages viewed, it works fine). Note, that there is no downloads.html file present in the awstats directory. 2. Update is not always done correctly. This seems to always happen...
