NAPS2 - Not Another PDF Scanner
Canon P-150, Feeder/duplex. Sane Driver Mac OS. The problem doesnt exist in vuescan. Tried the demo to figure out its not the scanner.

A4 Format without correct dimensions.

NAPS2 - Not Another PDF Scanner
same for A4 format. After inspecting the pdf it shows that the format is a few mm smaller than configured. A lot of times things on the top or bottom are missing.
