    I confirm that there are no folders at these directories when both plugins are unistalled. C:\Program Files (x86)\Revit IFC 2017\ C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins\IFC 2017.bundle I'll send you the journal when the Autodesk app is installed. Edit: I attached the journals here

    Hi Andy, I tried to unistall Revit, the autodesk app and the SourceForge but the I am having still the same issue as before.

    Morning all, I am having some trouble on exporting an IFC from Revit 2017. I installed the latest plugin from the Autodesk app ( https://apps.autodesk.com/RVT/en/Detail/Index?id=1049118595309324136 ) but is seems that something is not working properly. I can access the expoter menu under Revit>Export>IFC but when I click Export the setup window closes and no file is exported. Is it an known issue and is it possible to have some help on solving this problem? Thank you, Alessandro
