Are there any alternatives within DWSIM to simulate my process?

I'm currently trying to simulate Carbon Engineering's direct air capture process. I'm using this paper as reference. Right now, I'm trying to react 2KOH + CO2 -> K2CO3 + H2O using the absorber. In the literature, they state that 63.5 % of CO2 in the incoming flue gas flow is absorbed by the aqueous KOH solution with an absorption column. My results are way off from expected values and I'm not sure exactly where I can fix it. The model converges.
