I couldn't tell you. And that version is ancient even for Chromium. I think version 1.9 was the latest. I don't have any idea why you're getting the code you're getting. It could be someone's confusion between our Chromium project (cluster rendering) and Google's newer and unrelated Chromium project (code underlying the Chrome web browser).
