How do I automobile start with home windows any other program (Hangout App) and then put it within the tray automatically, so I do not need to right click here the decrease button each time windows starts?

To set up in El Capitan, release OS X recuperation mode (Reboot and hold ⌘+R). Then release the terminal application form for some pages like you can visit and disable rootless by using typing csrutil disable. Then reboot into OS X and gdisk must deploy.
