Sharing my workaround in case it helps someone. Credit to MrMe whose comment crystallized this approach for me. I’m including all the steps to avoid confusing the reader. Step 1: Override DPI scaling Right-click pwsafe.exe (usually located in "C:\Program Files\Password Safe") → Properties → Compatibility tab → Change high DPI settings → check "Override high DPI scaling behavior.
