Hey, we recently did an experiment, where users were exposed to repeated stimuli. Now, considering we also would like to do a between-subjects comparison, we tried to use z-scoring. However, apparently z-scoring in Ledalab does not standardize the complete signal over time, but rather just the event windows' signals over all events. Now, with a repeated-stimulus in a signal condition, this results that the mean is always 0, presenting no relevant information to us? What is the purpose of z-scoring...

Thanks for the rapid answer! Is this supported by batch-processing?; thanks i found it. the option is just still undocumented on the homepage. Parameter appears to be: "zscale" with boolean values.

Hello, Without digging through all the source code, I am here to ask whether ledalab 1. (already) performs / can perform any forms of normalizing (i.e. logarithmizing) to correct skewed distributions 2. and Standardization (z values or similar) in order to allow a cross-subject comparison If all this doesn't / can't happen in ledalab, I would like to ask the EDA experts here which methods you would recommend. Braithwaite et al. recommend for 1. SCL: Logarithmizing 2. SCR amplitudes (scrList.amp):...

Solution: The "timeoff" field, as seen in the example matlab file, is not parsed / ignored in import_data.m this means, that if e.g. your data vs. event data has a certain timeoffset between each other, you have to correct it yourself. ledalab assumes event and SC-data use the same timestamp. Internally, there is an offset (for visualization and internal computation?) computed, based on the very first value of your time-set but it has n oeffect on a possible discrepancy between event and SCD tim...

Followup: Something in the analysis seems to corrupt the event data. After debugging, it's apparent that importing data seems to work correctly (and the timestamps are correct) but after analysis, when trying to export, timestamps suddenly shift from e.g., 140s to -932seconds or similar. Is there any potential reason for that? (I have set the offset variable to 0).

Hello, I am currently trying to import data from matlab ".mat" to Ledalab but having problems getting events imported correctly. data(1).event(j).time = takeOverTimestamps(1, j); % this is a double data(1).event(j).nid = j; % integer data(1).event(j).name = num2str(j); data(1).event(j).userdata = []; Using the GUI, I can't seem to switch between events / they don't seem to get correctly detected, although it says "4 events detected" (which is correct..) Export Event-related data produces 1 event...
