Hello, I am trying to extract components from a single ROI that I have loaded as a mask in the default settings The mask has been resliced to match the dimensions of the participant images. I am interested to know how many components can be objectively identified with MDL. However, when I select "estimate number of components" in the main user interface the program completes the MDL procedure on the whole-brain.
