I have a raspberry pi 3 on which I tested compiling some OpenRC packages, but could not finish it due to lack of time. What is needed I guess is to add 'armv7' arch (or other arm architectures to build for) to the PKGBUILDS, build and test the packages, and upload them to the repo. I have also read about cross compiling arm packages on x86_64; if a system for that could be setup that could be helpful as well.
