I am completely at a loss why I cannot process an xml file produced using webgrabplus program when using epgcollector. It just stops straight away with no real indication to the problem, exits with exit code 5. I have included the ini file, the xml file and the general log, please can you help? Thanks.

Hi, please can you support alternate free ways to get the vital tv movie metadata. Your software is superb and what makes it great is that it is free and is able to get data that would cost money such as schedules direct. Please if you can address the pay system using tvdb and provide some kind of free alternative grab from free sites that remain, that would be fantastic.

Just done quick test and seems to work great, many thanks, I no longer have a patchy guide.

Thanks just tested it. It has removed the entries with times starting and stopping at same time. However the guide entries after those invalid ones are still missing from the guide. So for example in the files I uploaded originally in this post, there would still be 'budget hotels' and 'Susan Calman Grand week by the sea.' missing from the output guide when there time data is good. The only thing I can think is that epg collector is ignoring them because they correspond with the invalid times. I...

No because it you check the xml files I sent you can see that the news is from 7pm till 7pm, then there is a program from 7 till 8pm called budget hotels, then there is another 5 news update from 8pm till 8pm, then finally a program from 8pm till 9pm called Susan Calman Grand week by the sea. So there is programs in between and if epg collector ignored both news shows then It should put the other programs back into the output guide. Don't know who I can contact about that. What about an option in epg collector to disregard titles with start and end the same? That would fix it too?
