For tasks in Russian language seraching without check-mark "Match case" works the same as searchng with "Match case".
for example, search result for "дел" without mark "Match case" doesn't contain task whith subject "Дело"

The ones under the Release1_2_Branch heading. You need revision 4712 or newer.
