Link to submitter's talk page from approval screen

We now have a link to the submitter's wiki talk page from the list of submissions waiting for approval. But a mod is more often going to be aware of the need to contact the submitter when looking at the actual approval screen: the screen where all the details of the submisison are displayed. On that screen there is currently a link to the submitter's user page, but not to his or her talk page. A link to the talk page would save a click in many cases.
