Hi John,
When No 'real' Foreign Key relationships were detected in the schema but has implied relationships, (I have schemas where happens) in the generated web page "relationships.html" don't show anything but the diagram is generated, nor don't show the check box "Implied relationships". With this patch when this happens shows the check box "Implied relationships". This solves the problem in my case.

Thanks Jose. I enhanced your fix a bit to remove the checkbox completely in this scenario and checked it into SVN in revision 527.

This issue should be resolved in release 5.0.0.
