I'm not sure if this is a bug or a feature:

Let's say I have a task selected. Then, if I
right-click on another task, the right-click context
menu pops up (good), but any action that I choose
applies to the previously-selected task.

My preference would be for right-clicking to first
select the targeted task, and then pop the menu.

This would make right-clicking a 1-step task, instead
of the 2 steps required now (left-click, right-click).

    The desired behaviour you describe is already provided by
    the task list view, but not by the task tree view. So let's
    consider this a bug, specific for the task tree view.
