#82 Alt+Tab Icon missing
Even when Task Coach's Task Bar icon is correct (it is
the same icon shown by Task Coach's left upper corner's
main window), switching between applications by
pressing Alt+Tab keys, Task Coach's icon is a generic
Windows app icon (little window with a blue caption
bar).
It is just a stetic bug but I think it is an important
feature, specially when Task Bar is hidden (my case).

I added more sizes of the Task Coach icon. Fixed in CVS.
