(in 2.6.3) Javascript setPointer change mouse pointer

This patch is real basic, it adds an if/else statement to
change the mouse pointer to a hand/pointer on
mouseover and mousedown, and back to normal under
any other circumstance. The patch was made based off
the anonymous CVS tree as of April 27, 2005, so it
should apply with no problems.
