Really would be useful to have an option to show the atom numbering on the screen next to each atom to be able to locate specific atoms, i.e. from the xyz or mol2 listing. Another option might be to show the xyz coordinates for specific highlighted atoms.

    This already exists -- turn on the "Label" display type and set what labels you wish.

      What does the custom data option do? Is it possible to display the xyz coordinate when I click an atom lively?
