findOrders is using a LIKE operator which can result in extraneous records being reported. For example, on the demo site create an order for GZ-BASKET and create a second order for GZ-BASKET-PICK. The Find Orders selecting the GZ-BASKET record will list both orders. The same LIKE operator condition exists for queries by customer and presumably other queries as well. This is similar to tracker # 32333121
That's intentional in the base features, but you're welcome to modify it yourself if you don't like it.
