Hi,

I just took an interest in wyoGuide and tried
several times to download the file
guidelines_1.0.5.tar.gz from different mirrors.
The file apparently is NOT FOUND or not
hosted at all...

UPDATE:
Sorry, this download problem is solved.

Apparently SourceForge.net has a MAJOR Problem
with multiple servers in europe, effectively
breaking existing links to multiple files /
downloads.
