for the record, I tried adding the following line just before line
723:
unset($this);
but the error persisted.
I commented out line 723 (and removed my new line) then I
could view the site. I uninstalled and re-installed Article using
this new code (one line commented out) and it would appear
ok.
This is my first look at the module, so......

This is fixed in Article Manager 4.0, due to be released by July 11th.
