auto-attach on watch match

It would be great if I could be re-attached to a channel based on some watch output; this would show me the buffer (and context) of where the reference I was watching came from. In addition, I typically only care about being re-attached to the channel when something I'm watching is mentioned, not have a special message sent to me when something I already highlight in my IRC client happens (which is commonly the same as my watch list).
