WiX 2.0.2007.0 always stores
("DontRemoveTempFolderWhenFinished", "1") in the
Properties table of a PCP file, no matter whether I
specify CleanWorkingFolder="yes" or
CleanWorkingFolder="no" in the PatchCreation element.

    Actually, in 2.0.3309.0, the CleanWorkingFolder attribute
    DOES affect the DontRemoveTempFolderWhenFinished
    property in the PCP file; it's just backwards. Since this is
    really a different problem, I'll open a new bug about it.
