Ability to launch scripts as "External Apps"

I think that it would be great to have a possibility
to launch a script as an "External App" with i.e.
phone number as a parameter.It would allow ppl to
write their own scripts for ie. choosing a phone
number on a BT enabled mobile phone directly form
KA/PI or sending an SMS using KA/PI and BT enabled
mobile phone.
(i have such an Opie-sh+kammu script, but it is very
unuseful, as I have to Cut&Paste phone number from
KA/Pi)
