Limit Synchronization by date in the past

I have a rather big kalender on my desktop system
(holding dates of the last 4-6 years) , but would like
to limit the amount data I have on my PDA. Therefore it
would be nice to have a filed in the synchronization
settings similar to the "Max weeks in the future", but
called "Max weeks in the past" with a similar
functionality.
