Hi,

Could you please check on TOS4 from S. cerevisiae and its hit to the interPro domain IPR001921 for ribosomal protein L7A. It currently has IEA GO annotations for all three GO aspects derived from this InterPro domain. However, the ribosomal L7 proteins in cerevisiae are encoded by RPL7A and RPL7B.

From publications, the only sequence information I see for TOS4 is that it contains a forkhead associated domain. The existing expression and interaction data for TOS4 are not consistent with the suggestion that it is part of the ribosome. In addition, the ribosome has been purified from cerevisiae and Tos4 has not been characterized as part of the ribosome.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, have removed the mappings, not enough support from the protein hit annotations.
