Seems that old autotools may have problems with AM_SUBST_NOTMAKE macro. It's used on windres detection but it isn't really needed. I suggest removing AM_SUBST_NOTMAKE from fuse and libspectrum. Patch attached. (thanks, Tomáš Franke)
