If SynchroScroll is toggled on when attempting to use JDiff, they fight over who is doing the synchronized scrolling. It's not pretty. SynchroScroll should be more gracious and let JDiff do its thing.
You still think it's a good idea to keep them as separate plugins?
JDiff could depend on SynchroScroll for that feature, that would solve the problem isn't it ?
I think the solution is fairly simple, this bug was mostly a reminder to myself so I don't forget to fix it soon.
