URL requests containing more than 10 URLs will fail

Request more than 10 URL's and it overflows the URL
array in the server. I was unsuccessful in trying to
expand this array in Oracle, as it is a user-defined
data type rather than just a table.
Current manual solution is to break the user's query
into two, keeping the same query ID, and also to email
the user to limit themselves to 10 at a time. Breaking
up queries probably doesn't completely work due to
conflicting query ID's in the server.

With the new client (2.0), we should be breaking long lists
of URL requests into multiple queries on the client side.
Should test that this is happening and if not, implement it.
