The field "Month" does not follow the field "Year" in the article import, but instead "Volume", "Number" and "Pages" intervene. I don't think I've ever done an import where the month didn't immediately precede or follow the year.

Request: change the order so that the month field immediately precedes or follows the year.

(Making the order a preference would be nice, but probably overkill.)

    There is no intrinsic order in the fields. In the detail window they're ordered in the order appropriate for the types, as determined by the type preferences. This is correct, and it would be wrong to change that.
