Would support for jstor.org in the Web Group Search be feasible? JSTOR offers an XML gateway (http://www.jstor.org/page/info/resources/linking/meta.jsp ), but parsing the cite also seems doable.
They make it awfully hard to connect it, requiring you to sign an agreement before even knowing how it works. I'm not willing to do that.
It looks like it wouldn't be hard to add support for a JSTOR parser/scraper in the External Web Group. If you have a JSTOR article of the form http://www.jstor.org/stable/4102131 you can get a BibTeX citation for it by accessing the URL http://www.jstor.org/action/downloadSingleCitation?format=bibtex&include=abs&singleCitation=true&suffix=4102131
Thanks Douglas for the patch, applied in the source
