Once a search group is created, it settings can't be changed again ATM. It would be nice if doubleckling brought up the server settings again. Especially now, when I try to figure out what settings are needed to get best results it's annyoing if I have to set up a new group each time and can't change the settings of an existing one.

It _is_ editable. Select the search group in the left table and hit Get Info (Command-I).

Sorry, I didn't realize that. Anything speaking against the idea of making it editable on doubleclick?

That could be confusing, because double-click usually edits the name of the group.

Isn't the convention that double-clicking the text (in this case the groups name) is to edit the text, while double-clicking the icon is for editing the item itself?

I'm talking about the group table in bibdesk. In general, I don't think there is a real convention, it depends on the app. Double-clicking the icon to edit would be nice, but a lot of work, as that means we have to overwrite the editing of the tableView, which is pretty complex.

    Wasn't too difficult in hindsight.
