#200 template for emailed items
It would be nice if I could choose how to format the information that's
automatically passed to my email program when I choose "Send via
Email" from the "Publication" menu. Something like the citation behavior
preferences list that allows you to choose the default formatting of
dragged and copied items would be great.
Alas, many of the people I email references to are not BibTex users.

Should we use an export template (like for the preview), or
a separate one? We should allow the current behavior as an
option as this cannot be exactly done through a template.

Added using text export templates. Added it to the General
prefs as I couldn't think of a better place.
