I have attached a RFTD file to a reference (with autofiling on). When I edit the file in TextEdit, then the link in BibDesk points towards the old temporary file, and not the edited new version of the document.
With what version of OSX do you see this? Does the old temporary file still exist? I'm wondering if this is related to 10.7/10.8 and Versions, as I don't see it on 10.6.8.
