Well, first: you are not addressing my perfectly valid point that EVERY half-decent piece of software gives you the option NOT to save a file. BibDesk doesn't. And that's bad programming, regardless of what you say.
Secondly, you shout that it isn't a bug. Well, here's a bug then. Under BibDesk/Help I select 'Request a Feature'. It takes me to this page which says 'Bug'.
So, you'd better shout at yourself, because it is the software YOU designed that takes me to a page to report Bugs when I want to request a Feature.
If you charged for BibDesk you'd be out of business very quickly, pal.
