Web group: Import buttons can change scroll state

When using an Import button in the results for a Web Group, the scroll state of the list of items can be changed.

(this doesn't seem to happen at extreme scroll states, but I've seen it in quite a few situations)

REPRODUCE
1. Search for a term with many results in the Web Group (e.g. Atiyah on Google Scholar)
2. Make sure your window setup is such that the results list can be scrolled.
3. Scroll the results list a bit downwards (see for example the attached screenshot Before.png)
4. Click the Import button

EXPECTED
Nothing in the list changing (except the active state of the Import button).

ACTUAL
The list scrolled downwards a little bit (see attached screenshot After.png)
