#1141 Editor status bar has non-menu functions

The editor status bar action menu and + button functions aren't duplicated in the main menu, so a user who accidentally hides the status bar can't add fields or use some of the other features. ISTR anything on an action menu is supposed to be a duplicate of the main menu, but I also don't see any reason to hide the editor status bar these days since the editor window is much shorter.

For context, see this thread. I told him to file a bug report, but it doesn't look like that's going to happen.

    This has happened before, though. Users hide it initially when playing around, and so never miss it.
