#489 "3-level" switch defaults to "No"

I think the "3-level" switch added is a marvelous idea. However should not
it default to "Unknown (-)" state rather than "No".

Moreover the corresponding part of the window sometimes resizes in a
weird way.

This depends on how you understand the three-value-fields -- if they are
understood as No -> Somewhere in Between -> Yes, the current behavior is
fine.
And of course you can easily change the value for the three-value-field to "-" fot
all items after it is created.
