ClearCase Automation Library(CAL) support

Please Find attached script to support ClearCase via CAL
(ClearCase Automation Library)

The List of supported command is the same as in
"mac_cs-rcs.vbs", which was used as a base:
1. Status give the short description of the file
2. Check-Out/Check-In make operations via CAL
3. Compare - compare opened version vs. predessesor
4. History (via cleartool) Open CLearCase History GUI for
the file
4. Explorer - Open Clearcase Explorer
