Getting in touch with the submitter to figure out what's
    going on.

Game Logger not saving as file .PGN automatically as part of
the filename in Windows XP. But, if you manually add .pgn
at the end of filename, then it saves as type .PGN.

It maybe that zachmoura has the file already open in a viewer
or database program and hence, JIN can't save the file,
because another program has control of it ??

The game logger will now automatically add the ".pgn"
extension if you choose a file without extension at all.
This doesn't however solve the problem of the original
submitter, but since he hasn't gotten back, I setting the
    status to "Pendnig".

The submitter had created a directory with the exact
same name as the file he told Jin to save to. This made it
impossible for Jin to save the games. Closing as Invalid.
