If you turn on spaces inside parentheses (and
presumably other items like [] as well), then
f ()
gets turned into
f ( )
with a double space in it. It would be nice if it
cuddled the parenetheses in this situation.
At that time, "next release" meant 1.0b11, but I later
decided to go commercial and therefore it has only been
included with the TRIEMAX/Jalopy 1.0 release

There is still some sort of development, though development
speed has slowed down somewhat and I don't know about their
goals. I don't develop the open source any further myself
and therefore can't say anything about possible fixes, but
of course you're free to submit whatever patches you have.

Was the "next release" in which this is configurable here?
Is that the commercial release, or the open source version?
I'm interested in this feature, too, as I currently have to
do a search & replace to fix this formatting issue.

Is the sourceforge.net project still under development
though? Are any of these issues going to be addressed in
the open source version?
If I made this change myself, do you accept source code
submissions for this project?
