The documentation needs to be updated w.r.t. to the following items:

1. Preferences:
I just wanted to let you know that I have reorganized the DrJava
Preferences dialog. The "Interactions" category is new.

I added another new panel, Misc/File Types, with options for
associating file types with DrJava (Windows only). The buttons don't
do anything yet.
