currently, you cannot send a message to a person who uses you as relay. Or maybe this is only the case when there is currently no open TCP connection between the two of you (which should be the uncommon case). I'm investigating.

Yeah, this only happens when there is not an open connection from you to the reciipent, which is rare. Bumping it to v0.6.3.
