Ok, I'm going to leave this as Khashmir though we are no
longer going to use khashmir. We are writing our own. But I
don't see the point in closing this one only to open a new
one that is functionally the same thing, but with a
different name.
So far we have a unit test that fails. And we are working on
fleshing out the design.
