The SMARTS matcher
wrongly identifies
(pattern) Pyridine 'c1ncccc1'
as being present in
(target) Pyrimidine 'c1ncccn1'
but when the
target is written as 'c1ncncc1'
the matcher works correctly and declares that the
pattern is absent.

This does not seem to be a problem with the current CVS code.
What version of Open Babel was showing this bug?
